Return Policy

CutieKit does provide a full refund for all other merchandise as long as the items are returned in their original condition. Returns must be postmarked 30 days from the original shipping date.

Shipping and Handling is non-refundable on all orders unless a mistake was made by CutieKit in your order or your item(s) were damaged in shipping. Please call customer service if either of these conditions has occurred. If your items were damaged in shipping, please save the box and packing material so we can inform our carrier of the problem.

CutieKit will issue a check for the item(s) returned within 30 days of their reception in our returns department.

If we made a mistake in your order or your items were damaged in shipping, be sure to call us.
Carefully enclose your items for return in a box with the invoice. We recommend insuring and tracking your packages as Cutiekit is not responsible for returns lost in the mail. Send your returns by mail to:
